Good reviews are hard to get. Great reviews are even harder. You can’t get people to agree on simple things like Ford vs Chevy, chocolate ice cream vs vanilla ice cream, iPhone vs Android, Coke vs Pepsi, Microsoft vs Apple or send mother-in-law to the Artic vs send mother-in-law to the Antartica. There are never many clear, definitive agreements.
Yet… 93% of the patients who, voluntarily, will have the head of their femur cut off, agree that my hip replacement book is a 4 or 5-star rating.
